Education is the foundation of success and is instrumental in building the capacity of our sector as a whole to meet the needs of girls and gender-expansive youth.* Here at Alliance for Girls (AFG), we are dedicated to providing the learning opportunities and resources to support our members and other girls’ champions in their leadership and decision-making. We also understand that work keeps you busy, and so convenient access to flexible, accessible and self-paced professional learning is important.
That’s why we are proud to launch the AFG Learning Hub, the first on-demand, interactive production of trainings for girl and gender-expansive youth-serving organizations of its kind. Through this custom-developed suite of online courses, we’ve combined the best of virtual and in-person approaches for outstanding learning opportunities.
At AFG Learning Hub, you can watch on-demand videos that cover a single topic, so you can discover what you need, when you need it, at your pace, 24/7. Not only that—you’ll get to participate in an online learning community to connect with peers over their experiences and insights of the course content.

When you participate in a course, you’re guaranteed to learn from experienced, dedicated, and talented trainers. Our mission is to provide training that gets results — and gets you on the path to activating concepts, principles and strategies for authentic and effective engagement with girls and gender-expansive youth.
Participants will leave with a certificate of completion, and plenty of take away resources and connections to draw from.
On-demand courses are free for AFG members, $35 for non-members in non-profits for 1-year access, and $40 for all other non-members for 1-year access.
*"Girls and gender-expansive youth" refers to cis girls, trans girls, non-binary youth, gender non-conforming youth, gender queer youth, and any girl-identified youth.
